BIOS: Leo Gafney works as an educational consultant, evaluating funded programs for the improvement of college science and mathmatics.  He served for 12 years on the Salisbury Board of Education.  Leo's wife Judy is the assistant librarian at Sharon Center School and is active in community affairs.  Leo and Judy feel blessed to have lived and raised their children in this part of Connecticut and wish the same good fortune for others.
